Series 52
Non-Bleed:
The series 52 is a non-bleed
gun for use
with compressed air, or turbines/blowers
equipped with a pressure relief valve. Delrin Stainless Steel Tipped Needle for easy
change over without effecting settings. Stainless Steel Nozzle and Aluminum Air Cap.
Low Pressure Inlet:
With this model, only low pressure air
(air below 10 psi) enters the gun. This is
most commonly delivered by a LOW PRESSURE wall mounted regulator.
Rear Fan Control:
Fan width is controlled through a manual
adjustment knob located at the rear of the gun.

Series 55
Bleed:
The series 55 is a bleed gun
for use with turbine or blower system which continuously generates "free air".
This prevents damaging back pressure and heat from building up within these "free
air" delivery devices, without the use of a pressure relief valve.
Low Pressure Inlet:
Uses low pressure air (below
10 psi) normally generated by a turbine or blower.
Rear Fan Control:
Fan width is controlled
through a manual adjustment knob located at the rear of the gun. |

Series 56
Bleed:
Air is not shut off by any gun mechanism.
Low Pressure Inlet:
Uses low pressure air (air below 10 psi) normally generated by a
turbine or blower.
Rear Fan Control:
Two air inlets (one for the atomizing air, one for the fan
air) provide maximum atomization and precision fan control.
Zinc:
Design for use spraying zinc
coatings. |

Series 57
Bleed:
Air can be controlled by an analog control panel.
Semi-Low Pressure Inlet:
Uses 1/2" tubing to minimize hose bulk. This set-up requires up to 20psi at the
regulator to overcome the pressure loss in the hose and delivered air is atomizing under
10 psi.
Rear Fan Control:
Two air inlets (one for the
atomizationair, one for the fan air) provide maximum atomization and most precise control.
Ultra Light:
Reduce robotic arm wear. Delrin gun
body. |
