Ordering Policy

PURCHASE ORDERS:

US Diversified TECH, LLC accepts most all Educational/Government Institution Purchase Orders. We also accept corporate purchase orders from approved companies. To print a page with all the information that your purchasing department needs for a purchase order, save your shopping cart and complete the BUY by Purchase Order and enter "Quote" where asked for a PO Number.

OTHER PAYMENT TYPES: Orders can also be charged to your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover or prepaid by check or money order.

Returns: Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. A 20% restocking and testing fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days. Some products may have a "No Return" Policy due to customization or manufactures policy. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Call 888-361-8718 for RGA # and shipping address for returns.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of anything sold, prohibit the sale altogether, or change the pricing at anytime without notice. No order will be processed at a higher product price without express permission from you. Shipping costs displayed on the web site are estimated, but you will be asked permission before your order ships if the shipping cost will be higher than displayed.
