| Installation and Operation |
|
- Install the unit with the air flowing through the ELIMINATOR 11 in the direction indicated by the arrows.
- The ELIMINATOR 11 unit is sized for end line applications only, Do not install Dryer in the compressor room or in the mainline.
- The automatic drain located on the first stage is shipped with a 4-foot section of ¼ inch hose for condensate removal. The drain also has a manual override feature.
- Maximum operating conditions 150 PSIG and 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Install unit in vertical position using the Eliminator 11 brackets supplied.

| Maintenance of Unit: |

- Each time the bowl is cleaned or the filter cartridge replaced, depressurize unit and inspect seals for cracking, crazing or deterioration, replace with genuine RTI parts only.
- Replace desiccant canister in the second stage when color indicator turns light pink.
- Remove second stage bowl by unclamping ring and rotating 1/8 turn.
- Replace first stage cartridge when indicator changes to red or when an oil film is noticed on the outside surface of the second stage cartridge. Whenever the element is changed always clean the drain area.

- The ELIMINATOR 11 is designed to operate one paint gun only. Do not attempt to operate multiple paint guns with this unit.
- The ELIMINATOR 11 is designed to provide dry, oil free air to -40 degree dew points, virtually free of particulate. No more desiccant dust.
- The ELIMINATOR 11 is designed to be installed as close as possible to the point of use and as far as possible from the compressor.
