RTI Application
RTi’s patented Inverse-Flow process creates a condition
where the air, which is spinning rapidly as it
flows vertically downward, changes direction 180
degrees and begins to flow vertically upward. This
process prevents the re-entrainment of contamination
which normally occurs. Contamination, which is
flowing vertically downward, is not capable of reversing
direction and must separate from the air flow,
falling to the sump area at the bottom of the bowl.
This separation effectively pre-filters the air of bulk
contaminants, thereby extending the life of the RTi filter
element.
An RTi Eliminex® can work with our RTi Eliminizer® and/or Eliminizer® Combo application dryers to provide a lower cost alternative to other dryer systems. Always install a Eleminex Unit upstream from a Oil Extractor, Eliminator, and the 4000E desiccant dryer to remove larger contaminates.
Eliminex Mainline Separator -
SS Metal Mesh Filter
Stops water and dirt to 3 microns. Suitable for high flow applications. Patented Inverse-Flow and depth filtration. Automatic or manual drains available. Uses the 1P element which features reusable stainless steel mesh filter. 1/4 inch to 6 inch port sizes available. Eliminex and Coalescer Combo Unit also Available.
Coalescer -
Boroscilicate
Stops oil and dirt to 0.01 micron. Suitable for high flow applications Automatic or manual drains available. Long life boroscilicate element 1/4 inch to 6 inch port sizes available. Uses the 3C element. Comes as part of Combo Units.
Eliminizer Application Dryer -
SS Metal Mesh & Re-Enforce Cotton Fiber
Stops water, dirt to 0.1 micron
Automatic drains and pressure differential indicators standard
1/4 inch to 1 inch port sizes available. Suitable for point-of-use applications. Protect your air tool investments with RTi Quality Filtration. Units utilize patented inverse flow to eliminate bulk water from your compressed air lines. Uses the 3P element featuring interwoven cotton, polyester, and stainless steel material. Combo Units with coalescer 0.01 micron (shown) Available

interwoven cotton/poly/stainless steel mesh, and carbon filteration. Idea for the Ink Jet Printer and the Finishing room.
