These individuals are often just as highly trained as their physically-inclined counterparts, although they will offer their services within a digital environment instead. This means that they can work via the phone or email and can submit forms digitally, reducing the need for a client to travel and dedicate time to dealing with their broker.

There’s no denying that hiring a mortgage broker can be a great way to improve the potential for a successful mortgage application – but with two options now typically available throughout Australia, it should come as no surprise to learn that many are opting for the digital solution offered.
